I'm off this evening for a week in Yokohama on business.
For those of you that don't know Tokyo has various shopping districts where a lot of shops of the same general type are located in the same area Ginza for fashion for example.
Ueno is the motorcycle district and one side trip planned is to get an a bike
Arai helmet for 1/2 the price they are in Australia (and no I don't give a crap about the Aussie standards sticker it'll be missing).
What I've yet to fathom (and finding these thing out from the locals is harder than it should be) is, is there such a district for cars-tuning parts? I'd assume there has to be?
Any of you jetting setting types know the answer to this?
