So you know Simon. He's quite a character. Doesn't suffer fools....
We had him in the pits with us, thanks to skype and a web cam. He was freezing his nut$ off, getting a car ready for Donnington. We love to wind him up about the weather.

He's at me & my brother to come over and do the 24hr race in his Lotus later in the year. Have to earn some serious brownie points at home before that happens. But it would be cool.

The turbo cars (MX5's) seem to punch out plenty of power. Can you run turbo in your class?

Yup we can run turbo, although I have just bought a bundle of snakes for the car so won't be too thrilled at chucking a huge £21 away for then having to find a new exhaust manifold to take a turbo! I love the price of MX5 racing....

You should come and do the 24 hours but make sure they will accept your licence here first as MSA are real picky over this sort of thing. I did it for last two years and it is fun.
