Yes, probably not a Testarossa as the Testarossa 12 is actually a flat 12 and the orig P3s had a V. Any of the 365/400 series would likely donate a viable engine however. And, I have to admit, the 12 at 8,000 rpm does sound better than the V8 although it is somewhat like saying Pavaratti sounds better than Dominguez.
400 "parts car" sold for 8 grand. You could use the motor and sell the rest in pieces for that. Of course the engine rebuild might be costly if needed...
