Rep Power: 32 | Installing the AC compressor Has anyone with an RCR40 installed an AC compressor yet? I've been having a hell of a time trying to locate a suitable location on the engine that won't interfere with things like the oil filter and radiator hose inlet on the water pump.
Thanks
Bill D

it fits to the left side of the engine with our custom brackets....
I think the online build manual should have something updated this week.....

A couple of questions:
1) Are you using a Sanden 508?
2) When you say left side, is that the side when looking at the engine from the front?
3) Can I get a set of the brackets?
Thanks
Bill

Here are a couple pics of mine. (1 top and 1 bottom view)
IMHO you will never get a 508 to package. Or...rather if you do, you are a better engineer than I am. |

Rep Power: 32 | Re: Installing the AC compressor I saw that and asked him for details on the AC compressor. He said to contact you for details. Seems like no one wants to answer my question.
