Webers and cams

I'm looking into cams for a 347 w/ 10:2 compression. Trickflow heads, port matched
Weber 48 IDFs

I'm thinking about this roller cam setup

Advertised Duration (Degrees): 286 intake/294 exhaust
Duration at .050 in. Lift (Degrees): 224 intake/232 exhaust
Camshaft Lift: .339 in. intake/.352 in. exhaust
Valve Lift with 1.6 Rocker Arms: .542 in. intake/.563 in. exhaust

I've heard stories about split duration cams and intake reversion w/ webers. Any comments? What cams are you using?

I intend to upgrade my 302 engine during the winter and want to keep the existing '76' 2 bolt block and the J302 aluminiun heads. I will be fitting a set of weber 48 ida's. Can anyone advise me of how well the J302 heads flow(as fitted to original late spec AC cobras). I would like the engine to make 350+ H.P. but still be street driveable.
What spec camshaft? (I already run roller rockers) I would like to see strong power between 3000-6000 r.p.m.
What rods and pistons should I use? Is a main cap girdle neccessary?
I've looked at previous threads but most seem to suggest stroking- something I would prefer not to do. please advise!
