Twin Master Cylinders Which Side ?

I'm about to start plumbing on the brakes.

As far as I can see there is no reason to favour (say) right hand cylinder to front brakes and left to rear.

Is there a "standard" or accepted layout and if so which master cylinder operates which brakes?

Thanks
Ian

Ian, mine is when looking forward, front on left, rear on right. As you say I dont see any practical difference, but if there is a standard practice then use it.

I can tell you that I put my masters in the same arrangement because I installed a remote bias adjuster (Cable operated wit a knob), If the masters were reversed they would have worked just the same, except the marking on the knob would be backwards, and I went that way just to keep things simple.
Good Luck
