Stunning looking car. The canard wings look great. I wasn't sure about fitting these, but seeing yours, I might just go for it.
You must be very excited.

Your dad said you could take pictures....nice work using elevation and off center subject. Depth of field is good with the backdrop of Kansas.

Ps No transmission as of yesterday.

Brian,
Beautiful car! I like everything about it. I really like the low stance. IMHO that is the way this car should be set up. Who set up the suspension? If you have any specs on your set up please post.

Brian - VERY VERY NICE!!!!

I like how they ran the breather lines to the centers of the valve covers..

I'd take a good look at those Lexan air-cleaners that Jack has... I think the car would look even nicer (hard to do) and the engine would breathe a LOT better in my opinion..

Great looking car! Nice photos!
Now, I have some new screen saver photos, thanks!

Are you going to add side mirrors?

Outstanding! What are the specs on your engine?

Thanks for the nice comments.
Engine is a Roush 427IR w/8-stack injection, transmission is the Quaife unit. The cam has been changed slightly along with the engine management software...slightly more power under the entire curve.
The handling is fantastic and the power is simply amazing. Even with the huge race tires, you have to be very careful at full throttle. The front canards certainly help at high speed. By far the fastest car I have ever driven...not to mention the most fun.....worth every penny spent!

Are you going to add side mirrors?

Just got in the side mirrors which are very small and convex. Will post pics with them on later.

I wish I had your transaxle, 3.77 is my next step in trying to control tire spin.

Got a space in my two car trailer going to Big Bend week after. Want to go?

You are a great photographer dude!

Brian,
They did a wonderful job on your car. Hope mine is as much fun when I finish. Only one comment on your photography. When you post the pics, don't reduce the size of the image. The uploader will automatically do that for you. Then if someone wants to look at the full size pic, the forum list that option. Anyone downloading the pic the way it is, to say make a poster or print, will have a difficult time blowing the pic up. It will be grainy. Your style of pics is great. Love the backdrop.

Bill

Brain,

What's the fastest you've gone so far?
At what MPH do you feel the canards working?
Where did you get them?

For mirrors, I bought a set of Pegasus Racing Formula Car Mirrors for my GT40. I hope they are going to be big enough. I guess if I need to change lanes I can always hit-the-gas for a second. Then I know no one will be driving in my blind spot ; )
