Chassis Paint?

I need to repaint the battery box in 2109 due to some acid leakage, anyone know what paint SPF uses? I'm looking for an exact match for the black in the engine compartment.

I am replacing the old battery with a sealed unit from Braille auto, only 15 pounds!

I spoke with Barry Bloch at Shelby Distribution / Superformance this morning. Apparently the Chassis are powder coated in South Africa and there is no exact match for the paint. Barry did advise that some guys have used bbq paint with some success.

The chassis are not powder coated and Rustolim Satan Black is a perfect match.
I also have some pads for the battery box available that neutralize any battery acid before it can cause damage.

I agree, the chassis (at least mine) is not powdercoated.

Barry must have been referring to the Coupe chassis! We were talking about both cars and we must have confused which car had the issue.
