O2 sensor location to prevent revision

Steve, doesn't Mass. let you register as a 1965 model year? Thus not requiring emissions test. Would you consider a Maine registration that has a non-resident registration program (thus no emissions for MA). I registered my GT40, that resided in CT, with Maine plates.

O2 sensor location to prevent revision

Steve, if you're going the route of FI, o2 sensor and CATS, aren't you going to need an AFM and a computer brain to which the o2 sensor will report its findings. First CAVS imported to the USA

Just found this photo in my files. Thought you might be interested to see the early CAV plant with the first 2 cars imported to the USA (circa Oct, 2000). At that time I was the importer/distributor for North America.

Importing completed car into US from England

I was the first importer for CAV in the US. We shipped the cars two per 22ft container. The Bill of Lading listed the cars as car parts. The DOT defines a car without an engine as "car parts". Transmissions were packed separately in the container. It is advisable to use a freight handler to get...

Re: Yellow Race Cars - I Got a Bunch of B&W Photos!? Thanks for the info Fred. I always loved that car. The first CAV I imported to the USA was painted to emulate this car. My goal is to have another GT40 soon and at that time I would love to contact you. Best regards Fernando
