So I had a brain fart! I’ve made a few flairing tools with the 3D printer, so made one for the grill! Turned out great!!! If anyone wants the STL file to make one them self, just let me know and I’ll send it over! Works a treat! If you don’t have a press, you can stick it in the vice and works...

oh ok, so one to match the original shape isn't too difficult to find? i thought it would be like finding a needle in a haystack! how close are they to the original shape as i know the originals bow out in the middle
