1075 gear ratio

Gentlemen,

I'm posting here as I need some help. I'am trying to find the full gear ratio sequence of GT40 1075 but I can't find any reliable answer.

Surfing through web reports me various answers....

Looking at various GT40 books doens't help too..

The more common answer over the net is the 5 speed ZF DS25 with the following ratios :

2.23 (1) - 1.53(2) - 1.21 (3) - 1(4) - 0.81(5) with a final drive of 3.20.

Looking at the ZF manual, I see some differences between the gears available and those numbers : for example the final drive is announced 3.22 instead 3.20...

Other sources say it was a 4 speed T44...

So if any friendly expert can give me the right answer, I would really appreciate.

Ronnie spains book gives it as a ZF with 3.44 R&P with 'J' ratios fitted.

Dont see any reference to a FE engine or T44 in its background

Thanks for your answer and usefull hint.

I had a look at R.Spain book and then it is stated that 1075 is fitted with the following ratios :

2.23(1) - 1.61(2) - 1.24(3) - 1.00(4) - 0.81(5) with 3.44 as final drive.

A bit more "torquee" than what I expected..
