A very rare intake manifold correct for a Ford FE engine 427 meduim riser.
This a "COBRA" lettered sidewinder manifold that was manufactured by Ford back in the sixties. these were used for additional power for the FE engine which created an unequal length runner configuration. carburetor is offset 1" to the driver's side and is not centered.
Many sidewinder manifolds were manufactured but few wer made with the Cobra lettering like this one. Shelby also made one with the SHELBY lettering which tend to be more available then the COBRA version.
very nice manifold. never cracked, welded or milled. alll holes are great.
asking $1400.00 for this rare piece of history. shipping is 38.00 to any of the 48 U.S. states.
