Bill, The picture is minus the bellhousing and is correct. Notice the input shaft sticking forward in the picture. 351C , 351W and 302 are same five bolt pattern.

Peter hasn’t logged back onto the forum since he dropped the ad. This is why I think you should have to be a forum supporter to sell things on GT40S. It costs money for the bandwidth. Also, it looks like the transaxle has been rattle caned silver and the input shaft painted black.

Hey Fellas! Sorry for the late reply. This was supposed to go in my previously owned Lamborghini Countach replica project. The transaxle features a dogleg shift pattern, comes with bellhousing, shifter, driveshaft, pedal assembly, and other associated components. It's ready to bolt up and go.
