Hello My father has a 2006 GT40 that suffered some damage in an accident he has been working on fixing

He has gathered all parts except the Hood. He is looking for a new hood or a drawing of the hood Part number 5G7Z-16612-AA. Even the original supplier of the hood could be helpful
He also has a 2020 GT and has worked with the Ford GT Concierge service without luck so far, they say they are working on it.
Any help appreciated!

Hello!

Sorry to hear about the damage, they are really beautiful cars. This forum doesn't really discuss those models in detail, more around the first generation GT40s and a number of other component cars. I believe there is a different Ford GT forum that could be more helpful but I unfortunately don't know the site name.

Just trying to help in case you don't get a lot of responses. Hope you find a hood

yes, the Ford GT forum will probably be a better place to start your search.
You could call Race Car Replicas to see if one of their GT-R hoods would work.
