Tray, if you ever do get over to the UK, then you're more than welcome to stay with Debbie and I for a weekend. Perhaps by then, I'll also know where my GT40 is.. finally in my garage and not NZ!

Have they not told you yet!... we had it declared a national treasure and its not allowed to leave NZ.... you might be able to get visiting rights though...

and thanks for the offer to couch surf at our place, definitely something I will keep in mind... and who knows, maybe by then I'll have appeased the car gods and have started my own gt40 project.

Jack.. I have no visiting rights. I'm only the customer! We need a possie with fresh horses and well-oiled rifles to bust my car out of NZ! Back on topic. 1070 was certainly bouncing off the Le Mans kerbs nicely back in July. Very wrecklessly driven for such an expensive bit of history.
