I think this car has sold, but to answer your question, if the buy it now price was AUD$45k, that equates to about USD$37.5K plus about AUD$35k to complete = USD$29K, so as a project to complete in US dollars, approx $65,000.
This cost is based on buying the parts from Australia, so if you are completing this overseas, the cost could be cheaper or more expensive, depends on your supply chain.
Also, the dollar conversion is from today's rates on XE.com - The World's Favorite Currency Site
This price also doesn't include shipping from Australia to Turkey as I have little idea what that would cost. I suspect that it would be a little cheaper or about the same price as shipping from Australia to England, approx US$4000??
