I knew someone was bound to mention photoshop but my money was on Larry. If you want to go the whole hog on analysis, I guess you could seriously question the motivation for someone wanting to be photographed taking a dump in the first place, plus, surely if it was an 'opportunistic' shot, then the 'dumper' would have been eyeballing the lensman rather furiously.
