What would you call this?

It came off a 347 cu in engine and is unused before I advertise it, I need to know what you would call it? The trigger wheel and proximity sensor I know, but the electronic bit that goes in place of the dizzy is what?

Hi Simon , used as sequential synchroniser in sequential injection to synchronise crankshaft sensor and cylinder nr 1
let me know in private your (very low!) price for the sensor and trigger wheel if you would sel items separately
