| Bruce Whittaker\'s car delivered

Photos & Specification attached of Bruce Whittaker's DRB GT40 delivered to him yesterday. Yellow Pin-striping tried for Bruce's assessment.
The Mustang 4.6 litre Quad Cam motor has only completed 1,000 km, currently has 265 RWHP (about 265 kW motor). Once the motor has some km's and frees up the power increases. We Dynoed one yesterday that had over 290 RWHP (about 290 kW motor). The exhaust system has mufflers, Cats and SuperTrapps on the outlets and with 18 plates fitted there is no reduction in HP. The motor runs very smooth and although bulky with the massive Quad Cam heads, being all Alloy, only weighs 150 kg.
The transaxle is a Porsche G50-52 that has the standard Porsche 3.444:1 CWP and 0.75:1 5th gear that gives about 2,150 rpm @ 100 kph.
Bruce wanted his GT40 to have the modern look of the new Ford GT. Bruce chose the paintwork, twin headlamps, flush mount fuel filler caps, 18" wheels, LED tail lamps and a modern interior to achieve the overall appearance that he wanted.
The specification includes electric mirrors, central locking, automatic security system, A/C, cruise control, reverse proximity alarm and seats with adjustable Lumbar support.
