Rep Power: 24 | Re: Lola Tub Repair We designed and built remote operating gull wing doors that are controlled by these valves. If the system freezes in the up position we made a tool that can release the doors and is accessible through cockpit.
Note suspension parts. We've plated as much as possible to avoid corrosion. |

I assume your doors were previously opened by gas struts.
Why did you decide to install hydraulics?

Previously you pictured your valve to release the doors if stuck in the up position. What I am curious about, is what happens if you can't get the door open ?? You have the electric pull down latch at the bottom, and the hydraulic cylinders also, if memory serves me right. Do you have an emergency release to get the doors up ?? If I remember correctly, you have a valve to hold them up, while at a show for extended periods of time. It sounds like you have all the bases covered, but I hadn't seen anything about the up situation. You have a beautiful car, with excellent craftsmanship. I hope to see it April 10th.
