Who is this NUDE lady ?

I recently aquired this car hood mascot.
labelled as 1920's - 30 Peugeot but I'm not convinced.
I know it's not GT40
Anybody in the know ? any info would be great.

All of their mascots say "these are the same hood ornaments that adorn the vehicles of the British Royal family! " Does anyone know if that's true?
