After shimming and rebushing, if you give KO a push it will freewheel for quite a while...

Jim, for those of us who couldn't make it down today, could you please post any pics of your open-house... I was planning on driving down last night from Ottawa but alas, I'm working this weekend.

Hopefully once I get my '40 going, I'll meet up with you one of these days. There seems to be a fair number of us in the northeast so maybe a GT40 gathering somewhere, say at Watkins Glen, would be neat to attend.

My Vintage Motorsport just arrived in the mail. What a beautiful lay out of your car. Really did it justice (as their feature layouts usually do). Incredible and congrats.

Folks, If you can run out and get a copy, I advise you to do so. Incredible layout and a great review of the car's history. I just have to say wow again.

On one of the more - ummm - argumentative sites you mention that you are invited to the Targa Florio centenary in June 2005 - are there any more details of this event and is this likely to be part of a European tour for some or all of yor fleet ? Rgds Jos

It is a wonderfull driver. First the sound, 2 Liter 12 thru straight pipes; Wow. It hugs the road like a Go Kart and as you pass by people smile. I'm ready to take her to Vermont!

Lovely...it is amazing to think this was built at a time when most of Europe was just beginning to be rebuilt, there were effectively no raw materials and most countries here still had food rationing
