Remote Location Oil Filter

Hey guys, I'm having trouble finding a suitable place to install my remote oil filter mount. There is no room along side the engine. I looked at behind the transaxle mount, but I'm worried about the proximity to the spinning axles. I have a ZF transaxle.

Thanks
Bill D

Re: Remote Location Oil Filter

Bill, I mounted mine about 6 inches behind the left motor mount. It is easy to get to and you can reach the back of the bolts for nuts through the lower trailing link access hole.

Re: Remote Location Oil Filter

(Shaking my head) Why didn't I think of that? The engine is installed and I've been trying to figure out how to drill the holes in the chassis.

Thanks for idea.
