Best method for PCV/catch tank???

I am looking for input for the best PCV or catch tank scheme. What valve cover fittings, hose size and location of catch tank would be appropriate? What about PCV for motors running 7000 RPM? I am currently running a carb setup.

I think most of us competition chaps here in UK don't run PCVs, but just vent to a 1 litre capacity or larger catch tank from both rocker covers. I do this on my car and am not aware of any issues by doing this. In UK it is a competition requirement to have a catch tank. Maybe some road runners can say what they use?

When J6 raced at LeMans it didn't have a catch tank. I turned a section of the luggage box, with a plexi view port and drain on the bottom into one. With the top on the luggage box it is hidden.
