Suspension modelling Software

I have a software programme called Susprog3
but it doesn't have a model for the rear suspension of the Gt40.Does anyone know of a programme that can model it?

Thanks for the info it'll take me a while to check it out.If your interested you can download a demo of SusProg3D from http://www.bevenyoung.com.au the viewer capability is very impressive.I want to model front and rear suspension and follow up with track testing, well thats the plan anyway.
