hello from Isle of Wight Uk

hi there im Tom and im 17 from the isle of wight

ive thought gt40s are the most beautiful cars in the workld and im now starting to plan out my first ever car build how ever i will have help form my dad who is a mechanical engineer

a couple of things i was wondering are

how hard is it to make my own chassi and i have a distict lack of money to spend 6K on one however i dad is a fantastic welder

and where can i get plans for such item
