"beads" in cooling pipe ends

You know......the things that stop the hoses coming off....can they be put in a 2" pipe with a bead roller?

You're close to Car Builder solutions I believe they offer the service at a fairly reasonable rate

Someone suggested a couple of rivets in the pipe to me once.

I've done this with great success... 5 or 6 1/8" pop-rivets around the circumference of the tube. I used a dab of JB-Weld epoxy on the rivets to help the insulate the dissimilar metals. All you're really looking for is a ridge for the clamped part of the hose to shoulder against and it does not have to be a perfectly formed bead (just look at the ridge on most any cast iron water pump inlet and you'll know what I mean)..

Edit -
Or you can spend a bit of cash for a machine line this;

Here's what another enterprising gear-head did and it looks to have done a pretty nice job:

The mandrel with the bead needs to go inside the tube, most rollers have a set of wheels that are larger than 2". If you have a bead roller just get someone with a lathe to make a new smaller wheel and you should be ok.
I have a small bead roller that I converted to do tubing, and it will bead stainless, it just takes a bit more time. Aluminum is a snap.
Good luck
