That's a really interesting car Randy. I'm kinda surprised they hung the oil cooler way out front rather than up high on the rear of the roof between the other intake ducts
The Fittipaldis built a twin-engined VW Beetle. It qualified ahead of a Ford GT 40 and was running as high as 2nd when the gearbox broke at Rio’s Jacarepagua track.
The Aerodynamics of the Beetle shape are not bad until you get over 100 MPH - then it took nerves of steel to pilot the car that would rather be airborn than earthbound..
I wish I could find more technical info on that. I have been googling all morning without much success.
