Hue, well done on the SVA pass, should not take to long to sort out DVLA Bit, already for the summer, all the best Andy :)

the hand brake was a little lucky ,as they were busy and it only just needed minor adjustment he let it through.
nigel dean from kit car fame was there an was very complimentary to all of us who take the gt40 build route.he said'' that they are by far the most complex build of any component car''
nice comment from a guy that has built some spectacular cars

number plates on and driving is certainly as much fun as building ,Now just a few teething problems to expect but its turned out to be a great car!

Hi Huw, well done, car looks great, worth all the hard work when they are completed, you soon forget all the cuts and troubles, during the build, would be good to see you at the next meet, if the weathers good, all the best. Andy

Well done Huw!

Got there in the end- guarrenteed to have been worth all the late nights scraped knuckles and hassle of finding all the parts!

Are you taking it to Stoneleigh?

:2thumbsup::pepper::pepper: CONGRATZ!!!!:pepper::pepper::2thumbsup:

Huw,

Just wondered if you were planning a trip up to the spring cough and spit?
Might be a good way to shake out the gremlins?

Simon

Yes they are 17 inch wheels and propper knock ons (or off on one occasion) .Shame about the number plate colour ,perhaps the dvla will let me have a blue one so it doesn't clash.
Yep the plan is a trip to kenford/kenn next month (? what ever the weather) may be stone leigh but a quick run to taunton wed eve for a veterinary meeting. So far done 180 miles with just a bit of pannel rub (creak),brake squeel (more copper slip)and an irritating rattle from the door lock release mechanism

Well done Huw - it looks very nice. My SVA is on the 29th April unless we can get a cancellation before then to bring it forward.

Look forward to meeting up with you in the future.

Chris
