*8th May Club Night- Special Guest*

LADIES & GENTLEMEN... on Wednesday 8th May 2013, at the Surrey/SE club night at the Silvermere Golf Club, we have a special guest. Mr Roy Gilette was asked to join the JWA gulf-sponsored team for the 1968 Le Mans. Roy was put in charge of 1075 at the tender age of 19 and worked on signals during the race. He is happy to talk to the club and give us the benefit of his memories. I think this is one not to miss as Roy has other motor racing memories from the era to share. All are welcome, including guests of members. The evening should begin at 7:30 pm with a video about the Gulf teams exploits during the race and Roy will share his story from 8:30 pm onwards.
