Hi Billy,

A few questions just so I understand everything.

• In a nutshell you guys had 50% deposits on X cars and now instead buying X cars from RCR you are simply going to take 1/2 X cars?
• Are you guys finishing/building the cars or are these cars being completed by RCR?
• These cars are being sold under your Aspira brand or marketing campaign?

I just realized that I had not responded.

1. We are still taking all of the cars, but paying for the first lot now. As of today, the first 3 are as good as sold.
2. Fran is doing 99% of the work, we will be doing some very small customizations prior to selling.
3. Correct. All of these turnkeys are under the ASPIRA brand and will be unlike any other SLC in many ways, the first being that nothing needs to be done. Just fill it up, get in an drive!

Two are actually at the upholsterers having some colour changes made....

Mr. Mead wants the cars in delivered in the Springtime.

I am sure the pics will be released when he sees fit.
