FOUR (4) Simple questions
from an attorney
Here are 4 Simple questions from an attorney.....
are there ANY logical answers?

You be the judge……

Here's what I would like to know. If the TRUTH ever comes out and it is decided that Obama was never eligible to be president, what happens to all the laws he signed into being and all the executive orders?
Should they all be null and void?

Here are 4 Simple questions from a reputable attorney..... this should really get your "gray matter" to churning, even if you are an Obama fan.

For all you "anti-Fox News" folks, none of this information came from Fox. All of it can be verified from legitimate sources (Wikipedia, the Kapiolani hospital website itself, and a good history book, as noted herein). It is very easy for someone to check out.

4 Simple Questions.......

1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes’. So how can the Obama 'birth certificate' state he is "African-American" when the term wasn't even used at that time ?

2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961 and Lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, Right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa".

This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet Exist?

Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". (check it below)

Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Kenya_%28http:/en.wikipedia.. org/wiki/Kenya%29

3. On the Birth Certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital".

This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively.

The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?
(CHECK IT BELOW)

( Maternity, Women's and Pediatric Hospital in Hawaii - Kapiolani Medical Center women-and-children/about-us/ default.aspx )

Why hasn't this been discussed in the major media?

4. Perhaps a clue comes from Obama's book on his father. He states how proud he is of his father fighting in WW II. I'm not a math genius, so I may need some help from you. Barack Obama's "birth certificate" says his father was 25 years old in 1961 when Obama was born. That should have put his father's date of birth approximately 1936 - if my math holds (Honest! I did that without a calculator!) Now we need a non-revised history book-one that hasn't been altered to satisfy the author's goals-to verify that WW II was basically between 1939 and 1945. Just how many 3 year olds fight in Wars? Even in the latest stages of WW II his father wouldn't have been more than 9 years old. Does that mean that Mr. Obama is a liar, or simply chooses to alter the facts to satisfy his imagination or political purposes ?

Very truly yours,

Send this to as many Patriots as you can! Ask your Republican friends
in Washington D.C. If they have a backbone...... Why in the hell
can't they use it and get media coverage to explode this across
our country? Impeachment in itself is not justice!

We are talking orange jumpsuit & long prison sentences.

From Fox News, State TV, for heaven’s sake:

“Former Judge Andrew Napolitano referred to recent news reports that the president’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen had accepted about $500,000 worth of payments to a shell company he created from a firm with ties to a Russian oligarch.”

“Why was a Russian billionaire giving a half-a-million dollars to the president’s lawyer at the time the lawyer was paying not only Stormy Daniels but, according to Rudy Giuliani, other women to remain silent about their relationships to the president?” Napolitano asked, adding that an indictment could be imminent.”

Walt, what’s your point or your intent with that post of yours? Why?

Scott, I quit clicking on your links. And ignore them. Just posting a link, without any relevant discussion from you, is spam IMO.

Jeff - I moderated your post.
No attacking each other - I know that you all have strong feelings about your positions and sometimes these topics are just too polarized to ever be brought level...

Discuss / argue points or just ignore and move on.

As an outsider - thank goodness - I am guessing that the history lesson is that the fake news and alternative fact epidemic you seem so energetic about over there actually started and ballooned with the so called birther movement?
If I lived over there I’d probably remember the name of the most famous protagonist of that falsehood. Can’t though, I guess he receded into obscurity.

Tim.

No, I'm not going to just move on. So it's ok to post a racist screed about President Obama's legitimacy, that gets passed around in extremist circles and is completely baseless?

Really?

That says awesome things about the GT40s "community" -- hey look! we are all old white racist haters!

Walt posted racist s###. He deserves to be called on it. Failing to do so is as more reprehensible as standing around while your friends call black folks the "n" word and saying nothing.

I guess that is what this thread is about now.

In any event, Walt, thanks for exposing yourself for what you really are. A racist. Glad we have that in the open and all cleared up.

Please point out for us - what “specifically” in that post was racist?
Or would it be just because the post may have come from a Caucasian person who was challenging Information related to a non-Caucasian person?

Oh no! the poor oppressed white person "reverse racism" defense! Good grief. Lame.

No other American President has had his legitimacy and eligibility for office challenged like President Obama. john McCain was born in the Canel Zone, potentially disqualifying (it's not) and no one raised. Despite clear and convincing evidence that President Obama was born in America and is an American citizen, WHITE PEOPLE who could not accept a black President continuously attacked him with s### like Walt posted above. Ther eis no other way to describe it. It is S###. Baeless, factless tripe.

And if you google that lawyer who wrote it, you find out that this screed Walt posted made its rounds on hate filled alt right and white nationalist web sites.

That is what specifically is racist about Walt's post, and what makes it clear he himself is a racist. We have put to bed long ago the issue of where President Obama was born. Only racist whites who can't accept the fact we had a -- successful -- black President for 8 years post the S### that Walt posted.

Randy, the discredited birther movement is/was racist. And certainly has no relevance today, because President Obama is no longer in office.

Again, many many pages ago I posted statistics on the Trump voter being less educated and Walt’s post supports that fact.

Again - I asked what specifically about the post itself was racist....
Don’t come across with me merely asking a question itself is racist. I don’t buy that bunk.
Put yourself in the courtroom Jeff. No judge would allow that and you know it...

And I gave you an answer. If someone continues to advocate birtherism given the facts that are all well known, they are a racist. The very post Walt put up on ths site has made its rounds in alt right and white nationalist websites. posting it here is racist.

Period.

Baloney Jeff....
There is nothing at all racist in that post by its content. Now could the post or birtherism be racially motivated? Certainly. But so can a thousand other things. The true fact is - we just don’t know what is in people’s hearts and minds as we have no way of actually reading them.
Point in fact, your recent posts could be construed as racist as well as age discriminatory... Were they racially motivated?

No one originally saw Pepe The Frog being racist or anti-semitic, but the racists and anti-semitics adopted or appropriated the cartoon figure and made it as such.

It's the same as/with birtherism.

If you don't find Walt's post a racist creed, then that's fine by me. The educated know. But I think it's hypocritical of you to delete or moderate posts with swear words, when they're used in everyday life all day long by nearly everyone on this planet.
