Well that'll do in a pinch! A bit partial to the 25yo Macallan. I did a medical school rotation at Oxford in the early 90's. Jumped the fence of St Antony's College and visited their bar (each college having it's own bar was entirely novel to this yank) and they had the 25 year there. 4 pounds a pop. That was a shitload of money to me back then but after the first one I was hooked. Had three by the end of the night. Had to ration food for the next 2 days.....

The Macallan (as it is correctly called) is among the finest of single malts and the 25 year version has absolutely no peers, I completely agree..:thumbsup:
