Hi
After 20 years of always saying I will have a GT40 one day, that day is nearly hear - I collect a part built rolling car tomorrow - I will add some pictures in the next few days and more details about the car.
For the past 25 yers I have always had classic cars, doing my own restoration/re-builds, the only task I have never master to a good standard is spraying. Mechanical, fabrication, welding, body work etc I am OK with - wiring I am technically Ok with but colour blindness does cause some issues from time to time (Can you believe that I was nearly offered a job as a BT engineer)
I once did a count of the number of cars owned, I got to 40+ at which point I gave up trying to remember them all - ones I wish I still had:
Escort TC
Capri RS3100
Tickford Capri
BMW E9 CS
Time to go and clear a space in the garage ready for the new arrival (Just like having a new baby)
Tony
