Hi Paul
I look forward to seeing the build log for your KVA.
I got the moulded fibre glass openings for the fuel filler caps, the door handle mouldings and the aluminium handles from Mick Sollis at Southern GT, all excellent quality and reasonable priced, the door moulding was easy to fit, the fuel filler ones took a bit more time to get correct as the curve on the MK3 front clip is slightly different to the MK1 (which the moulding is from) and the fact that I have made my front clip hinged with hidden catches - so had to make sure that when the clip opens it does not catch the fuel filler lid.
Mine hade a Rover V8 with Citroen gearbox like yours when purchased, as I decided to go with a SBF engine it made sense to have a new rear end from Southern GT fitted as it makes the fitting of the engine easier (And it sits lower in the chassis) - the only modification required to the Southern GT rear end is to accept the MK3 rear body as its about 10 inch longer that the MK1 - so needs a different rear hinge arrangement, particularly if you go for exhausts that exit under the body (As I have done)

Tony,
Also I have no openings in the front clip for fuel access, (where did you get them from?) also I have Morris Marina door handles.
