Just wanted to say hello.
I've been reading the forum for a couple years and just recently decided it was time to get serious and start preparing to really build a kit car. Loved the Ultima GTR for years but after seeing the GT40 replica's and especially the SLC, I'll build one of those instead.
Little bit about me. I work on a drillship and in my side time right now I work on my current car (01 M3), RC cars when I can, and hopefully in the next couple of years will be building my very own kit car.
Hope to find some of your cars in real life and get to know what it really takes to build a kit car to the standards shown on here.
PS If anyone has an SLC in the greater Tampa area I'd love to see it!
