As mentioned in my posts on both RCR 917 threads, we do have those wide wheels, but preffered not to mount them on a cold february first roll out.

Do you think that putting a dry sump pan on and maybe a smaller flywheel would allow the engine to be mounted lower? thus clearing the bodywork better?

Nice job getting that cooling system in there without hacking up the bodywork.

About the only thing I notice from the back. The lack of the diagonal braces from the bottom of the support frame. To the outside bottom of the fenders.

THe engine height resulted from the desire to have optimum drive shaft angles. We had opted for a 930 box with flipped r&p.

If one is going to use an inverted box plus drysumping the engine, it could be mounted lower.
