Problem soveld!

The error was in ignition switch power. I didn't know that if I'm not using motec on controlling fuel pump relay I still have to wire 12V to ignition switch cable to motec. So my wirings were the problem like Ross guessed.

Please check your ignition switch to make sure you aren't getting power in the "crank" position only....

Actually your suggestion was the reason why I started from that ignition switch and founded the error so quickly. Thank you allso. =)
