This is the second or third of these types of threads in as many weeks. Please, do not post on this thread unless you have a legitimate reason for doing so i.e., you are having problems with parts delivery from Tornado. If you don't have a dog in the race post elsewhere.

I want to update this thread to report a positive resolution and outcome.

Andy packaged up replacements, rush delivered them through FedEx and I now have them in hand. Perfect timing for my list of winter tasks to begin!

Thanks goes to Andy at Tornado for taking up the challenge and coming through with replacements.

Good to hear that you received the replacement parts.

It is always difficult when delivery people who are on a limited time schedule leave parts on front steps etc.

Great news the supplier was able to get parts to you in replacement.
