Surrey Area Pre-Christmas Dinner

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls.

This year's event will be taking place on the evening of Wednesday, December 9th, 2009.

The venue is THE JOVIAL SAILOR, PORTSMOUTH ROAD, RIPLEY, SURREY, GU23 6EZ. Located on the B2215, it is on the outskirts of Ripley and can easily be reached via the A3 about one and a half miles from Junction 10 of the M25.

The Christmas Celebration Menu will be published as soon as possible. There will be a wide choice of two or three courses with prices ranging from about £15/£20 per person.

In the meantime to assist in the planning it would be useful to know as soon as possible if you are wanting to come along or not. Please respond by PM or Email.

NB Not intended to run the December monthly meeting at Silvermere.

A deposit of £5 will be required by Wednesday 11th November to secure your place.

By the evening of Wednesday Nov. 11 I will need to know if you are planning to attend and to have your £5 per person deposit. This will secure the reservation.

You will have seen the menu and the cost so look forward to hearing from you.
