im trying to verify exactly which bolt is the one that you use to verify fluid level in the ZFQ.
I was thinking its the lower blue bolt on the passenger side, but i get fluid dripping out of that after filling abt half a quart.
Is there a procedure posted anywhere?

thanks guys
the cv's were installed correctly, its after i had to take them off and reinstall that im not so sure abt. ha.
im going to take them apart again and reinstall. i used permatex on the bolts, but for some reason i believe i forgot to permatex the flanges.

looking at it again, i should probably check the trans fluid first.
does anyone know the check procedure for fluid level on the zfq?
after that, ill look at the axle seals i guess.

hey folks, ive developed a leak that appears to come from my zfq trans axle where the axles bolt into the trans.
i backed the bolts out and put some permatex on them because it looked like some fluid was bleeding through the threads, but now it looks like im getting a few drips from where the...
ive already done a little investigating on this last summer.

i took my wiper off.
i hated the look with the wiper on and we dont drive these in the rain if we can avoid it anyway.
i use rain-x just in case.
look how much cleaner the car looks without the wiper and your problem is solved.
wow, thanks jack.
i agree abt electrical pulses not being the prob, but the tech said it COULD be a factor.
would you have a part number of your preferred sensor?
thanks much
mike
