    Real GT40 on SPEED tomorrow(Staurday)

Theon, I would have to politely disagree with your comments. The engine note is simply too high for it to have come from a Countach. IMHO, it screams prancing horse. Also, I would have expected much more oversteer in a countach, but perhaps this isn't true. Regards, Rob

    RCR updated their site!

Congratulations Fran and Graham! Your 917K is truely breathtaking and IMHO, is a monumental achievement for this industry. Unfortunately I'm 6'1'' with a long torso. Now where's that saw... Good luck Fran with the continued development of your 917K and your partnership with GTA racing...

    Real GT40 on SPEED tomorrow(Staurday)

The movie that FernandoGB is referring to is entitled "C'etait un rendez-vous". It was filmed in Paris, 1976, with a movie camera installed on the front of what many believe to be a Ferrari 275 GTB. One take, unedited, unenhanced. As you can imagine, this movie was blackmarket for the longest...

    Porsche GT3 vs GT40

As a follow-up to my previous post, I can confirm the identity of the GT40 which raced at the Top Gear test track against a Noble M400. The car was Ray Bellm’s blue GT40, which recently won the 2005 Tour Britannia Competition: http://www.tourbritannia.com/...

Here's a picture of the car that be the M400. Perhaps one of you guys can identify it. Rob

    Porsche GT3 vs GT40

Hi Gregg, In December 19th 2004, Top Gear aired an episode with a segment pitting the Noble M400 up against a GT40 in a racing showdown around their test track. Both cars were driven individually the Stig. I cannot say with certainty that the GT40 was an original. A member from another board...

    RF paintshop

RF's macromedia flash paintshop display is excellent. I particularly like the stripes option. It's too bad they don't have the same for the mustache look. Even if it isn't a standard paint option for the car, it would still be certainly nice to see (!) for completeness.

    RF40 in Canada

Thanks for your input on this issue Angelo. I think that everyone would agree your cars are legal since they have been officially registered. We all are envious. But with all due respect, one could infer that being a company's guinea pig might imply an element of risk when attempting to...

    RF40 in Canada

That's pretty funny Rick. Much of canadian government policy doesn't make much sense to me. You'd think that it would be easier to import a car into Canada than the States. I'm also curious about learning more about this 'parts' issue and why certain parts are prohibited from use while other...

    RF40 in Canada

I am aware that Ian Clark is the Canadian representative for Autofutura/CAV out of Burlington, but I was wondering if anyone has recently tried to import an RF40 kit/turnkey minus into Canada, or if Roaring Forties has ever, or will ever attempt to acquire a canadian partner/distributor? I...

    GT40 Posters

Rob, What's the size of your poster? Just wondering if you have a larger scan of this image that you might be able to send over email. It certainly looks like an excellent piece, but I'd like to have a closer look before putting some money down. Thanks a lot, Rob

    So where is Superperformance?

Interestingly enough, the superformance website has been down for 2 days now (http://www.superformance.com). One has to wonder whether this is purely coincidence... Rob
