    Brake Line Pressure(s)

Guys, thanks, I realise it is a bit of a 'how long is a piece of rope' question, I just wanted a feel for whether it was 100s, 1000s or 10,000s PSI. K

    Fan size question

Andrew, my Tornado has two with 10" propeller diameter. The engine is a std sbf 302. I have run the engine in the past but never in anger. I bought he car with the rad and fans fitted, and I believe it is std Tornado kit. I hope this helps. Other stuff to (perhaps) consider is the water flow...

Which CV joints for a Tornado?

Hi Darren, pretty sure on a standard Tornado all 4 are off a Ford Granada. Tornado have a set for £384. Ebay and plenty of other sellers have them also. K

    Safety of fuel filler area.

Hi Darrin, to flip it on its head, can you think of a more 'risky' place than where the cables and fuses are presently? Sorry, there are so many reasons not to put the electrics there, I deal with electrics and electronics every day,... don't have them anywhere near fuel or fuel vapour. K

    Safety of fuel filler area.

Hey Darrin, being honest I'd keep the electrics well away from the fuel filler and tank area. I know rewiring is a real pain. If there are no fuses or wiring in that area, then it is impossible for an electrical fire to start there; with wiring and fusing in that area you can instantly see the...

Oh Trev, sorry to see you go, it's important to scratch the itch with the Italian and be happy. Good luck.

    Andrew's GT Forte build.

Andrew, looking again at your pix, you seem to have a panel to the rear of the triangular panel that I removed, (the pic I just posted). On the Tornado, when the door opens, part of the door swings into this void, so should not be panelled. Is the Forte different in this area? K

    Andrew's GT Forte build.

Andrew, it will be very tricky to get the main filler pipes in and connected. I bought a part finished car and had to remove the end panels to get at the pipework, getting the jubilee clips on would have been virtually impossible. K
