The definitive PPG Deltron Paint thread

Mark I also wanted to say thanks. Your arranging this was a godsend for those of us who got the opportunity to attend. The afterschool activities were great too. For any of you who are about to embark on painting - a course like this is really cheap insurance to a really good paint job and a...

    wheel base measurments

Hi guys. I need a little help. Are the wheelbase and track dimensions for a Mark I the same as a Mark III. If not does anyone have that information for a Mark I or a GTD. My manual doesn't have any information on the track or wheelbase. Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve

The Racing Scene (James Garner movie)

You guys seem to know movies so I have a question. I've been looking for a copy of a movie called "Circuit" ( I think). It was about a single CanAM season and starred Danny Sullivan, Al holbert, Teo Fabi,PLN and some others. Anybody know if this still exists or where it can be had?

    Complete GTD kit for sale

Its probably about time for this thread to come to its natural end. I'd like to add one last comment to help others find their cars. If you are a lurker, don't. I lurked for about a year picking up limited information from the website. Then I became a member and the data flow went exponential...

    Complete GTD kit for sale

I'm the lucky one. I came home early today because of back problems, and now I can't even feel any pain. Fran has been very kind doing some hand holding as I've been looking for a GT40. When I saw his name on the posting, it was a no brainer. Once again thanks Fran Steve Miller

    Is it really necessary?

Hey, thanks for the help Like Quebee I'm new and have been blundering around in the backround trying to get educated about the site. Stumbled on this discussion by accident. I've used the search but obviously was using the wrong terms as it was unproductive. Bottom line - My thanks to the...

    Hello to all.....

Scott I will be very interested in your adventure as the details unfold, but won't be bothersome by posting a lot of questions after this. I got the impression from the orignal adds that the car was pretty far along. Is it really sufficient to just have the motor and trans out? How does the...

    Hello to all.....

Congratulations, I'm sure green with envy. You have a wonderful opportunity to help the rest of us starting out. How the heck did you get it into this country? Everything that I think I've read indicated it was pretty difficult to get a partially started kit in. If you are willing to share...
