Thank you for all of your replies. Daryl, as for the door swing limiter, you may just want to add a strap similar to Jeep Wranglers or Hummer H1s.

I have yet to see a Superformance GT40 in person, so this may seem like a dumb question. Is there any way to lock either the doors or the front and back hoods? I'm not thinking of parking one in a movie theater parking lot, I just like the extra security.

I haven't seen pictures of Superformance's version of the MKI but here is a picture of a 1964 MKI. As stated above, the biggest difference is the rear. The MKI is a little more curvy and does not have all of the air scoops.

How did you get it to say GT 40 on the side? Was it ordered that way? All of the Superformance GT40s I've seen say SPF 40. Also, is the stripe painted or is it a sticker?
