    ENZO Crash Part "Doh"

As an Auto Dealer let me assure you that that car is repairable. IMHO even if the car was not as valuable as it is, I would think that the chassie is not a write off. Looking at the video, yes the hit is hard and I know how hidden damage works but even if the cost to repair was 500k that still...

Quick release for a Moto-Lita steering wheel

Mark and frank, I did not dissasemble the wheel on RF80 but it seems to be the unit Frank shows in his picture with 6 screws. This caused me to look back on my build site for RF90 because I throught it had more screws. As it turns out the wheel on RF90 was like yours Mark with 9 screws. Peter

    Roaring Forties # 61

Bill, I tried to send you a email but your box is full. I was wondering if youe could share some of your basic setup parameters on the Motec. We are running the same basic hardware and I was looking to see what you used for your REF, CRT, CRIP, COIL, DELL and ignition delay. Thanks Peter

    Mystery port

Can any one tell me what the threaded port on the side of the Ford short water pump is? The port is located on the water pump just to the left of the oil pressure port in the block. As I was doing final assembly prior to dropping my motor in I noticed this port and can't remember what if...

Sabre (with a bit left to do)

I just want to comment on this offering from Luis. I have seen this car several times and the discription is spot on, he has described the car just as it is. As for bidding activity I can't make any statment because I have not done any bidding. (Don't need another 40). As for the...

    Roaring Forties #80 Reborn!!!!

Re: Rf80 Reborn!!!! The first phase of getting RF80 back on the road have been completed, cleaning and wireing. The car had an exhaust that deposited quite a bit of gunk around the engine and rear section, just getting this stuff off was a project. With the rear clean I started to address...

    Roaring Forties #80 Reborn!!!!

Re: Rf80 Reborn!!!! I sourced my intake through Wayne at Cool Parts so it did not have any RF mods done to it. I did install the RF style bleed lines to the back of the intake as shown in the picture. I have heard no negative comments about this mod, only that it helps improve engine...

Re: Rf80 Reborn!!!! Ron, You hit the nail on the head, sourced from Summit after reading the threads on motor mounts, the same thing for the remote filter. I do not post a lot, so for the time I have been on the Forum my post count is low but the Forum is my home page aand is reviewed...

    Roaring Forties #80 Reborn!!!!

Re: Rf80 Reborn!!!! Another design area on the RF that I did not like was how the motor sat in the frame. I also was not very happy with how close the pipes come to the cross member and the quality of the RF motor mounts. takinmg all of this into consideration i decided to implemet the Hershal...
