    I thought I would mention two other options which might be available. They are the Michelin TB and the Pirelli P7 Corsa, both recently reintroduced in Europe. Neither are cheap, but they are quality tyres.

    289 block cylinder length: 5", 302 length :5 3/16".

    Just to make things clear, it is 5252 rpm at which bhp and torque have the same numerical value. This is fixed and does not change. If a dyno graph seems to give a different rpm number it is because it has been poorly plotted.
