I am renewing this question as well. Reading where s/n 1103 used a mechanical fuel pump and valve to change the gauge reading only. I also know many of the Roush builds utilized a mechanical pump. For a street drive cruiser, why would this not work and eliminate multiple pumps, etc.? thanks

AN fittings also must be torqued to the correct amount. Make sure you do not over tighten them.
