    Shipping from UK to West coast USA

    I am bringing over a KVA type c (registered as a 66gt).Does anyone have a suggestion on a price range for shipping ? I think the cheapest way is container freight ? Is there a drive on /drive off type shipment ? Any help would be appreciated.
