It's a D9ZZ-7007-A block plate. I got it from Mustangs Plus, but they are closed now, owner retired. I did have to modify it to work with the Quaife bell housing.

The bell housing bolts to the Ford 302 engine with no adapter plate.

Another option would be the Quaife QBE62G transaxle and Quaife E62G1121 bellhousing.

My Driveshaft Shop axles didn't need any adapters to attach to the RBT. Yours might be different. Or my RBT may have come with the adapters you speak of.

I used that one too and it worked out very well.
